Recommend approval of application from Kiwanis Club of Bellevue-Offutt for the Arrows to Aerospace Celebration on Friday, August 16, 2024 at Bellevue Senior Center from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 17, 2024, on Mission Avenue and at Washington Park from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and to waive $50.00 event license fee. 15. RESOLUTIONS:

15.a. Resolution No. 2024-12:  Update of Master Fee Schedule. (City Clerk)

15.b. ++ Resolution #2024-13: A resolution which commits the City of Bellevue to obligate funds for this project, accept the low bid of Vrana and Sons Construction and accept plans and specifications, in an amount not to exceed $8,791,807.74 (NDOT - 80% and City - 20%) and authorize the Mayor to sign. 16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with UNMC Forensic Lab for testing evidence for three years from July 1, 2024 to July 1, 2027. (Captain Tim Melvin)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Civilian Employee Association of Bellevue (CEAB) to reflect new compensation, effective the remaining term of the current Bargaining Agreement, ending September 30, 2025.  (HR Director)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Bellevue Professional Management Association (BPMA) to reflect new compensation, effective the remaining term of the current Bargaining Agreement, ending September 30, 2025.  (HR Director)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with HDR Engineering  professional engineering design services for Prairie Hills Development in an amount not to exceed $423,400.00.  (Public Works Director)

16.e. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Snider Construction for Replacement Windows for District 3 Fire Station #7040 in an amount of $128,800.00 plus a 10% contingency of $12,880.00, for a total project cost of $141,680.00. (Public Works Director)

16.f. Approve and authorize Heimes Corp. to replace 24" pipe west of 37th and Granada Pkwy. in the amount of $30,852.00.  (Public Works Director)

16.g. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Swain Construction in of $421,596.89, plus a 10% contingency of $42,159.69, for a total project cost of $463,756.58 for the 2024 Concrete Projects - Package 1.  (Public Works Director)
