16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the purchase of a new Ford F350 4x4 truck and HR800 Rotary Mower for the Parks Department, to replace old equipment, in the amount not to exceed $196,476.00. (Public Works)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Topkote Inc. for the 2024 Chip Seal Projects in the amount of $110,546.88, plus a 10% contingency of $11,054.68, for the total project cost of $121,601.56. (Public Works Director)
