3.h. Award of bid for the Mill & Overlay Paving Project - 2025 to Cather and Sons Construction, Inc., in the amount of $642,223.39, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

3.i. Award of bid for the Hannibal Park Mill & Overlay Paving Project - 2025 to Constructors, Inc., in the amount of $71,893.91.

3.j. Resolution Number 7505 appointing Andrea Schafer, Erin Chadwick, Dana Hydo, Verdella Vetrovsky, Darin Baehr, Dave Eskra, and Shelena Maguire to the Beatrice Plus Advisory Board.

3.k. Resolution Number 7506 executing the First Amendment to the Farm Lease dated January 16, 2023, between the City and Taiten Harms, in order to reflect the reduced number of acres and amount of rent owed for Parcel D.

5.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the rezoning of real property legally described as: The South 13.05 feet of Lot Four (4), and all of Lot Five (5), McColrey’s Subdivision of Lot Six (6), Block Nine (9), R.B. Harrington’s Re-Subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 6 East of the 6th P.M., Gage County, Nebraska, commonly known as 106 South Sumner Street, Beatrice, NE 68310, Parcel No. 013211000, from “GC” General Commercial District to “R-4” Multiple-Family Residential District.

6. RESOLUTIONS

6.a. Resolution Number 7507 adopting the Safe Streets & Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan.

6.b. Resolution Number 7508 entering into an Agreement for Professional Services retaining JEO to develop the City’s tree inventory.

6.c. Resolution Number 7509 entering into an Agency Agreement with the Department of Transportation, Division of Aeronautics, for Project No. 3-31-0009-024/025-2025 for the purpose of obtaining Federal assistance for the Airport.

6.d. Resolution Number 7510 entering  into a Lease between the City and Hoppe & Son, LLC, for the purpose of storing and staging equipment and other personal property on real property currently owned by the City.

6.e. Resolution Number 7511 executing the First Amendment to the Lease dated July 3, 2023, between the City and PK Management, LLC, adding additional terms and conditions to the Lease.

7. ORDINANCES

7.a. Ordinance amending the Zoning Map for the City of Beatrice, Nebraska by changing the zoning of Parcel No. 013211000, commonly known as 106 South Sumner Street, Beatrice, NE 68310, from “GC” General Commercial District to “R-4” Multiple-Family Residential District.
