relating to the Bartlesville Education Authority acting as lessor and conduit issuer relating to school facilities to be financed, constructed, acquired and subsequently leased to the Bartlesville Public Schools by the Bartlesville Education Authority for various lease terms. |

Discussion and vote to authorize staff to direct Municipal Finance Services
Rationale:
to prepare necessary lease purchase financing package in coordination with the Bartlesville Education Authority to be submitted to interested banks.

Discussion and vote to approve a resolution fixing the amount of Combined Purpose Bonds, Series 2013A to mature each year;
Rationale:
fixing the time and place the bonds are to be sold; designating a Registrar/Paying Agent for the bonds; approving the Preliminary Official Statement and distribution thereof and authorizing the clerk to give notice of said sale as required by law and approving other matters related to the issuance of bonds.
