Call the meeting to order, establish a quorum & state compliance with the Open Meeting Act. [James Foreman, Board President]

Propose to conduct a Long Term Suspension Hearing for Student A follow by a vote to begin the hearing.  [James Foreman, Board President]

Board President, James Foreman, will extend to Student A|Designee the option to conduct the Long Term Suspension Hearing of Student A in Open or Executive Session.

James Foreman, Board President, to declare executive session complete followed by a motion and vote to acknowledge the Board's return to open session and the meeting being reopened to the public.

James Foreman, Board President, to provide the Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in Executive Session, items, discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.

Motion and vote to adopt findings of fact on the suspension of Student A.

Motion and vote to affirm suspension, modify suspension (increase or decrease severity of suspension), or overturn suspension of Student A.
