8. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

8.1. High School to raise money for the program/Danny Harris. 

8.2. High School FFA to raise money for the program/Ryan Freeman. 

8.3. 4-H to raise money for the program/Kelly McGlothlin.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove dates for 2026 School Board Meetings.

10. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss personnel vacancies. 25 O.S. 307B(1)

11. Vote to reconvene in open session.

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignation of Blair Doyeto, Sunset Elementary Special Ed Paraprofessional, as submitted.   

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of LaWanda Eckert, High School English, for the 2025-2026 school year.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the payment of a one-time, non-recurring, Stipend for staff.
