Appoint District Title IX Coordinator- Brian White

Amend student handbooks- Title IX statement, new information required by federal law:
TITLE IX - It is the policy of the Agar-Blunt-Onida School District #58-3 to not allow discrimination based on sex in its educational programs, activities, or employment practices as required by Title IX of the 1972 Educational Amendments. Any complaints should be reported directly to the ABO District Title IX Coordinator, Brian White.  Other inquiries regarding compliance with Title IX may be directed to the Title IX Coordinator, 302 E. Dakota, Pierre, SD 57501, 224-8896, or the Director of the Office for Civil Rights,

Open fuel bids

Accept Resignation

Consideration of live broadcasting monthly board meetings.

Amend school calendar- 12:30 p.m. early dismissal on Friday, Oct. 18.  Varsity football at Sunshine Bible Academy, game kicks off at 2:30 pm.

Approve Contract

Set adult lunch prices.  Was $4.85 for 23-24, propose $5.00 for 24-25.

Consider lease agreement with City of Blunt- Summer School & Bus Pick Up Area
