Request approval for Charles Prince CPA to perform the following to reconcile Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts:

• Clear checks and deposits prior to 6-30-2018
• Add deposits and checks, and bank deductions from 7-1-2018 to 6-30-2019
• Void payroll and accounts payable checks as required and make adjusting journal entries as needed to reconcile accounts.

Prince CPA will provide full documentation of entries to the Board following audit.
