3. Roll Call and Establish a Quorum
Description:
A full Roll Call will need to be taken as we have a remote board director. Because a director is participating by interactive technology, all votes at this meeting will be taken by roll call.

4. Motion to Close the Meeting
Description:
The Board will consider closing the meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), for the purpose of evaluating the performance of Superintendent Dr. Jenna Leadbetter, an individual subject to the authority of the Board. Dr. Leadbetter is identified as the individual to be evaluated. Under § 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), the individual being evaluated may request that the meeting be held in open session; Dr. Leadbetter has not made that request. Evaluation materials will be provided to directors confidentially and are not included in the public packet.
Evaluations will be provided confidentially.

5. Closed Session - Superintendent Performance Evaluation
Description:
Discussion in the closed session is limited to the performance of Superintendent Dr. Jenna Leadbetter. The closed portion of the meeting must be electronically recorded, and the recording must be preserved for at least three years following the date of the meeting, as required by Minnesota Statutes § 13D.05, subd. 1(d).

6. Reconvene In Open Session
Description:
The Board will reconvene in open session following completion of the closed performance-evaluation session. As required by Minnesota Statutes § 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), the Board Chair will summarize the Board's conclusions regarding the evaluation on the record.
