Description:
Final version of the Strategic Roadmap. No content edits were made/suggested (we just added a couple commas). Please review the roadmap carefully for typos/grammar; the community comments had a fe. The next step is for the board to take action and adopt it. 3-year Governance Work Plan - this is a draft board's 3-year draft plan we created Monday night, aligned with their 5 key responsibilities. This doc should be reviewed by the board on a regular basis (2-4 times a year), updated as needed, adding on a new school year after '24-25 ends, etc.
