Pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code 551.074, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code sections 551.071, Trustees may adjourn into closed session to obtain legal advice regarding the Karnes City ISD High School Campus Project, including discussion of potential assertion of legal claims and possible options related to retention of legal counsel related to such claims, including those topics as stated in the Notice attached to the Agenda and incorporated by reference, discussion of, and possible approval of, a professional services agreement for legal counsel.

Consider and take possible action regarding employment
