Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code § 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to correction of December 9, 2024 board meeting minutes and legal issues related to transition of Superintendent.

Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code § 551.074, consider and discuss transition of Superintendent, including but not limited to possible approval of Voluntary Retirement Agreement with Ms. Kuenstler effective June 30, 2025 and appointment of Interim Superintendent.
