IX. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to s.19.85 (1) (c) (d) and/or (f), Wis. Stats., as appropriate, to discuss a staff member’s performance, evaluation, and plan for improvement. The Board may take action that is necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. After reconvening into open session, the Board may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Board will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
