IV. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public properties, the investment of public funds, or to conduct other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session for the purpose of considering proposals from and negotiations relating to selecting a construction management firm.
