2. Closed Session: Pursuant to Texas Government Code sect 551.071, attorney consultation regarding legal and procedural matters issues related to employee Level Three grievance appeal. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, 551.082 and 551.0821 hear and consider Level Three employee grievance appeal regarding a campus administrator. 

3. Open Session: Consideration and possible action regarding Level Three employee grievance appeal
