3. Closed Session — Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Sections 551.074,551.082 and 551.0821, Texas Government Code, student expulsion appeal hearing and deliberations regarding same. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, consultation with District's legal counsel regarding legal and procedural matters regarding student expulsion appeal.

3.A. Pursuant to Section 551.074, Texas Government Code, discussions regarding duties and responsibilities of Board members and Superintendent.

3.B. Discuss recommendation for Senior Director of C&I.

3.C. Discuss recommendation for Academic Coordinator.

4. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered in closed session.

5. Discuss and take possible action to approve the Senior Director of Curriculum and Instruction Position.

6. Discuss and take possible action to approve the Academic Coordinator position.

7. Adjournment.
