4. Consideration and possible approval of engaging McCall, Parkhurst & Horton L.L.P as Bond Counsel to the District.

5. Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 et seq. Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).
