4. Discuss and take possible action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding  between The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and La Pryor ISD.

5. For Information Only: Makenzie Powell, La Pryor ISD Ag Instructor will present updates and future plans for the Ag progam.

6.  For Information Only:  Discuss one-time stipend of $300 to be given to all professional and support staff that have been with the district as of September 1, 2023. All other hires after September 1, 2023 will receive a prorated amount.

7. For Information Only: AT&T refund in the amount of $21,978 for last years long distance calls.

8. Discuss and take possible action to approve Tax Refunds for overpayment.
