2. Discuss and possible action on the reorganization of the Board of Trustees of the La Pryor Independent School District by:

3. Update, discussion and possible action on perimeter security fencing and security gates for the U.S. Highway 57 and Loop 305 access to the La Pryor I.S.D. campuses and other entry ways that may require additional access controls to access school facilities.

4. Update, discussion and possible action on security door access, locking system for all doors in all the buildings of the La Pryor Independent School District.

5. Discussion and possible action to approve any equipment, supplies needed for the La Pryor I.S.D. Security Officers.

6. Discussion and possible action to authorize the superintendent to hire and terminate all personnel following all hiring and termination protocols set forth by the district (Policy DC Local).

7. Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.001 et seq. Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).
