4. Discuss and possible action to approve a one time stipend in the amount of $100.00 to all employees that received a COVID-19 vaccination. Employees will submit proof of completing both the 1st and 2nd round of the two round vaccines or proof of completing the single dose of the single dose vaccine before receiving the stipend. The stipend will be paid from local funds.

6. Discuss and possible action to approve April 5th as a school Holiday. LPISD normally has Good Friday and the Monday after Easter as holidays on the calendar. This year the Texas Education Agency scheduled STAAR test starting on Tuesday. TEA has now changed the testing calendar and having Monday April the 5th as a vacation day will not affect testing.

Closed Session adjourn to closed Session pursuant of Texas Government Code 5451.074 (Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee; and/or Texas Government Code 5510071 (consultation with Attorney), specifically to discuss: Personnel, Resignations, and other personnel items.
