1. Call to Order.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

1.B. Moment of Silence.

1.C. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

2. Closed Session: Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee), and/or Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), specifically to discuss:

2.A. Hear the appeal of Level II Grievance at Level III, brought  by Irma Salazar pursuant to Board Policy DGBA (LOCAL).

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.

3.A. Possible action on Level III Grievance brought by Irma Salazar pursuant to DGBA (LOCAL).

4. Elementary (PreK-2nd) Progress Report.

5. Closed Session: Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee), and/or Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), specifically to discuss:
