1. Call to Order.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

1.B. Moment of Silence.

1.C. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

2. Discussion and possible action to create a Joint Committee consisting of La Pryor I.S.D. and Vida Y Salud Board members to make recommendations regarding the La Pryor I.S.D. and Vida Y Salud School/Community Based Clinic.

3. Discussion and possible action regarding any request from the board of directors of Vida Y Salud, Inc.

4. Report from the La Pryor I.S.D. Board of Trustees committee established by board action at the November 12, 2013 meeting to address setting criteria and elect 2 members of the La Pryor community who have contributed to the establishment of the school-based clinic with Vida Y Salud, Inc.

5. Closed Session: Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.074 (Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee), and/or Texas Government Code §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), specifically to discuss:

5.B. Other personnel employment issues.

6. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.
