School House 707 E 3rd- Chad’s department has been working on fixing some of the issues at the house. With the passage of the VATRE, is the Board wanting to keep this property or sell it too? If the Board wants to sell it, we will need to follow all the proper steps to get it sold. I’ll be anxious to hear your thoughts. If you prefer to keep it as a school house, what is the rent amount for that house? Current rent is:
