2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section §551.071, consultation with the District's attorney concerning legal issues related to: amending Board policy DCB (LOCAL); employee resignations; Reduction in Force (RIF) policies, procedures and practices; employee non-renewals based on a RIF or other reasons set out in Board policy; termination of probationary contract employees; and procedural
issues concerning same. |
2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section §551.074, deliberations regarding: employee resignations; administrator contracts; proposed nonrenewal of term contract employees and termination of probationary contract employees, including, but not limited to, Central Office Directors and other Central Office Staff.

3.A. Deliberation and possible action regarding employee resignations.

3.B. Deliberation and possible action regarding amending Board Policy DCB (LOCAL).

3.C. Deliberation and possible action regarding rescission and/or additions of certain employment areas to be affected as a result of the program change requiring the nonrenewal of several employees of the District.

3.D. Deliberation and possible action regarding termination of probationary contract employees including, but not limited to, Central Office Directors and other Central Office Staff.

3.E. Deliberation and possible action regarding proposed nonrenewal of term contract employees including, but not limited to, Central Office Directors and other Central Office Staff.

3.F. Deliberation and possible action regarding conducting a non-renewal hearing before the Board in accordance with Board policy DFBB (LOCAL) if any certified employee who is proposed for nonrenewal requests a hearing on the proposed non-renewal.

3.G. Deliberation and possible action regarding possible scheduling, procedural rules and legal representation in any nonrenewal hearing during the current school year.

3.H. Consider Approval of Teacher and Administrative Contract Renewals/Non-Renewals/Terminations.
