4.(d)1. Carole Sebesta Weaver with Woodmen Life donated an American Flag to Danbury Elementary School valued at approximately $50.00. This flag will be displayed on the flag pole in front of the new elementary school.

5.(a) Consideration and possible approval of Contract with Walker Quality Services for 2020-2021.

5.(b) Consider and possible approval of the Compensation Plan.

5.(c) Consideration and possible approval of Proposed 2020-2021 Danbury ISD Tax Rate to be considered for adoption at the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees scheduled for August 17, 2020.
