If you wish to address the Manor ISD Board of Trustees in public comment at the Board’s January 11, 2021, Workshop, please visit our website and social media platforms on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 10:00 am to access the online public forum. Comments submitted and received by 5:00 pm. on January 11, 2021, will be read and considered by the Board at the meeting. Please note that we will continue to observe a five-minute limitation on each individual’s comments.

5.1. There will be a closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act for the Board to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information received from a company with whom the District may be commencing economic development negotiations (Texas Gov’t. Code, Section 551.087).

Discussion and possible action to: accept the Application for Project Spring for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property; authorize the Superintendent to review the Application for completeness and submit to the Comptroller; and authorize the Superintendent to enter into any agreement to extend the deadline for Board action beyond 150 days subject to Board ratification.
