Announcement by Board President on whether a quorum is present and that notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

2. Adjourn to Closed Session
Description:
For the purpose of considering matters for which closed sessions are authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code Sections (.071-.084), whereupon the Superintendent at the request of the Board President, will present for the Board's consideration or discussion the following matters:

2.1. Dinner with superintendent candidate and spouse.
|
|
2.2. After dinner meeting back in the district to decide what district to visit.
|
|
3. Reconvene in Open Session
|

3.1. Action on Item(s) discussed in Executive Session
|

4. Adjournment
