4. SUPERINTENDENT EVALUATION: Pursuant to §551.074, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in closed session for the Superintendent's Annual Evaluation. Any action, decision, or vote on this matter will be taken in open session, according to law.

5. Closed Session: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
