1. Closed Session: Consider and, if appropriate, take action on the employment/appointment of a building administrator. The Board will meet in closed session to discuss this personnel matter, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Tex. Gov't Code. The Board will also meet in closed session to consult with its attorney regarding the legal aspects of this personnel matter, as permitted by Section 551.071(2), Texas. Gov't Code. Any action, decision or vote on this matter will be taken in open session, according to law. However, no action is anticipated at this time.
