The Consent Agenda consists of approval of the agenda for this meeting, approval of the minutes for the regular, General Fund in the amount of $ 150,061.79, Construction Fund in the amount of $131,479.89, the Lunch Fund in the amount of $1,069.30, Depreciation Fund in the amound of $64,810.00 and payroll in the amount of $687,591.93. |

4.2. 2013-2014 Administrative Contracts
Rationale:
The negotiations team from the Board has recommended a 3% salary increase for the building administrators.

4.3. Approve 2013-14 calendar with the following changes: Fall break moved to November 15, 2013 and last day of school for all students will be May 16th, 2014.
Rationale:
Due to the additional state aid funding for Days in Attendance rather than Time in the classroom, I suggest that we dismiss on May 16 rather than the 9th. This change will not affect the number of days that teachers are in session.

4.4. Approve school lunch meal prices for the 2013-14 school year as proposed.

4.5. Accept local substitute teachers for the 2013-14 school year.

4.6. Accept bid for removal of trash from Ogallala Public schools.
Rationale:
Waste Connection bid $19,408.08 (base bid with no change in price from 2012-13 school year). Cost for additional pickup is $25.00. Available for pickup Monday through Friday.
Dan's R US Sanitation bid is $20,550.00 with additional pickup costing $45.00. Available pickup on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. |
