Description:  On an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of "Town of Horizon City, Texas, Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2023"; providing for the payment of such certificates of obligation by the levy of an ad valorem tax upon all taxable property within the Town and a limited pledge of the net revenues derived from the operation of the Town’s parks; providing the terms and conditions of such certificates and resolving other matters incident and relating to the issuance, payment, security, sale and delivery of such certificates of obligation, including the approval and execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, and the approval and distribution of an Official Statement pertaining thereto; and providing an effective date.

Description:  Receive legal advice and discuss potential acquisitions of real estate pursuant to Texas Government Code sections 551.071 and 551.072 related to acquisitions, including by use of eminent domain if necessary, of real property interests for the right of way and drainage facility for the North Darrington Reconstruction Project.
