Description:
Public comments will be accepted for approximately thirty (30) minutes. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of two (2) minutes.

1.C.1. Teen Resource Center
Presenter:
Mr. Craig Carter, Business Administrator
Description:
The Professional Services Selection Committee pre-selected three contractors to competitively bid the Teen Resource Center project in Layton. The Committee reviewed and scored qualifications, past performance, and management plans. The successful firms all had the opportunity to bid the project. This project is to construct a homeless shelter with a minimum of 16 beds for Davis County teens. The new shelter will be located at 75 North Fort Lane in Layton . The facility will be leased to a third-party company who will operate the shelter. The project is expected to be complete in the summer of 2024.
