The board’s Sensitive Materials Appeal Committee met and reviewed appeals of retention/removal determinations for school library books. The committee proposes its recommendations for board approval.

Description:
The Administration recommends that the board approve participation in the USBE Mental Health Screen program described in HB304 based on a continuation of established mental health services offered in DSD schools.

1.D.2. Syracuse High School public utility easement. (exhibit)

Description:
Rocky Mountain Power had a public utility easement along 2000 West in Syracuse in front of Syracuse High School. When UDOT widened 2000 West a few years ago, they didn't modify the easement for the new wider 2000 West. This request is to grant a new easement to Rocky Mountain Power along our Syracuse High School frontage on 2000 West in Syracuse. Administration recommends approval.
