NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Governing Board of the Local Building Authority of Davis School District, Utah (the “Authority”) will be held on June 7, 2022, for the purpose of holding a public hearing regarding the issuance of the Authority’s Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022, in a total principal amount of not more than $40,000,000, and related matters, and for the transaction of such other business incidental to the foregoing as may come before said meeting. |
