Description:
In our July 13, 2021 workshop, Mr. Brigham Mellor presented the City’s proposal to approve a small CRA for an area near Station Park. Tonight, the request is to approve the CRA as it was presented by Mr. Mellor.

1.F.3. 2021-2022 Tentative Budget Approval (exhibit)

Description:
Before the board is the approval of the FY2021-22 tentative budget. The budget was presented to the board in May. The tentative budget as presented, includes a change to the certified tax rate which requires the board to hold a public hearing to hear comments on the budget and proposed tax increase. Should you have any questions, please contact Mr. Carter or Mr. Leffel.
