10.d. Action Item 83-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the Chelsea cheer team's field trip request to travel to Sandusky, OH from July 27 through July 29, 2018, to attend cheer camp. 

10.e. Action Item 84-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve Girls basketball field trip request to Hope College from July 8, through July 11, 2018, to attend basketball camp and participate in team bonding.

10.f. Action Item 85-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the girls' varsity swim and dive team's field trip request to Holland, MI from August 7-11, 2018, to attend training camp and participate in team building activities.

11.a. Action Item 86-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve opening Chelsea School District to limited school of choice for the 18-19 school year.  Further, Dr. Helber recommends placing a cap of 25 non-resident students for the 18-19 school year and reevaluating each year depending on space and program availability. At no time will the non-resident student school of choice enrollment exceed 5% of the total Chelsea School District enrollment based on the annual fall count.

11.b. Action Item 87-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve Policy 5113 Schools of Choice program.

11.c. Action Item 88-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the men's cross country field trip request to Wolverine, MI on August 9-11, 2018, to attend cross country camp and team building activities.  

11.d. Action Item 89-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the 2018-19 Handbook for North Creek and South Meadows.

11.e. Action Item 90-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the 2018-19 Handbook for Beach Middle School.

11.f. Action Item 92-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the L-4029 for the 2017-2018 Budgets Final Amendment Resolution.

11.g. Action Item 93-17-18. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the L-4029 for the 2018-2019 Preliminary Budgets Resolution.
