9.a. Action Item 57-16-17. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board approve the Girls Cross Country team's field trip request to Hillman, Michigan from August 9 -August 11, 2017, for their annual training camp.

9.b. Action Item 58-16-17. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board accept an anonymous donation in excess of $1,000 to help financially support students who will be attending the 2017 Washington, DC trip.

9.c. Action Item 59-16-17. Superintendent Helber recommends the Board accept a donation from the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) in excess of $1,000 to help financially support students who will be attending the 2017 Washington, DC trip.
