10.d. Action Item 41-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the operating millage resolution for a Special School Election on May 7, 2013.

10.e. Action Item 42-12-13. Superintendent Ingall recommends the Board approve the purchase of four 71-passenger buses from Capital City International in the amount of $364,864.99 to be paid for from the 2012 bond funds.
