Superintendent Killips recommends the Board approve the addition of two new depository accounts at Chelsea State Bank for the 2011-12 school year; the 2012 Debt Retirement Fund and the 2012 Bond Fund and to authorize the Executive Director of Finance and the Superintendent to sign checks, endorse checks, and to transfer funds by electronic transfer for these accounts.
