The Board will discuss with and receive legal advice from its attorneys regarding pending litigation, Case No. A-06-CA-046-SS (Consolidated with Case No. A-07-CA-626-SS) in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, and Lake Travis Independent School District vs. David and Melissa Lovelace, in the Texas Court of Appeals, Third District, at Austin, and matters which should be confidential under Texas Government Code Section 551-071(2)
