David Lovelace and Melissa Lovelace; In the Third Court of Appeals, Austin, Texas; and to receive legal advice regarding a matter in which the duty of the legal counsel to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
