Neeley, et. al., Cause No. D-1-GV-07-000916 in the District Court of Travis County, Texas; Docket No. 276-SE-0806 before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas; Docket No. 277-SE-0507 before a Special Education Hearing Officer for the State of Texas; and Civil Action No. A-06-CA-046-SS in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas Austin Division.
