Call To Order

Closed Session - Trustees will adjourn into Closed Session as permitted under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code Section 551.071 to consult with its attorney regarding (1) personnel matters to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Section 551.074); (2) Level III parent complaints (FNG Policy); and (3) receive legal advice regarding pending litigation: TEA Docket No. 053-R6-0506, Thornton Keel, et al vs. Marble Falls, ISD.; Trustees may also convene into Closed Session as permitted under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code Section 551.072, Deliberation Regarding Real Property, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
