Closed Session - Trustees will adjourn into Closed Session, as permitted under Texas Government Code §551.071, to consult with legal counsel regarding the following: pending litigation, Lake Travis Independent School District vs. M.L. b/n/f D.L. and M.L., Civil Action No. A-06-CA-046-SS, pending in the United States District Court – Western District – Austin Division; contemplated litigation; and to receive legal advice regarding a matter in which the duty of the legal counsel to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
