Executive Session Re: Legal Advice and Direction: The Governing Board may convene in executive session, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(4), to consult with its attorney, consider its position, and instruct its attorney regarding the Board's position concerning a complaint against an administrator and possible personnel action.

V.A.2. Action Related to Complaint Against Administration: The Governing Board may take action concerning complaint against administration and pending employment actions as it deems appropriate, including directing legal counsel to proceed as directed in executive session.
