2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section § 551.074, consider and discuss the Superintendent's evaluation, employment, duties and employment contract.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section § 551.071, consultation with legal counsel regarding Superintendent's evaluation, employment, duties, and employment contract.

3. Open Session: Board will take appropriate action on items, if necessary, as discussed in Closed Session
