4. Review and discuss budgets for the 2016-17 School Year – HR & Student Services Division:  Special Education, Curriculum & CTE, Technology and Human Resources Department.

5. Review and discuss budgets for the 2016-17 School Year – Business/Services Division: Maintenance & Transportation Dept, State Programs (GT, Bilingual, State Compensatory Education), Business Office, Tax Office and Interest & Sinking.

6. Review and discuss budgets for the 2016-17 School Year: Superintendent’s Division: Police Department, Athletics, Superintendent and Board Department.

7. Executive Session: Discussion authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq.:

7.A. 551.074 - Personnel Matters: discussion and recommendation of personnel vacancies, reassignments, employment, transfer, resignations and terminations.
