Discuss Budget and Proposed Tax Rate.

5.B. Discussion and action on adoption of the 2015-16 Carrizo Springs CISD Budget.

5.C. Discussion and action on Resolution 15-06 to adopt the proposed 2015 tax rate in two parts:  (A) Maintenance and Operations Tax Rate and (B) Debt Tax Rate which is consistent with the approved 2015-16 budget.

5.D. Discussion on delinquent tax report submitted by Mr. James E. Cabello.

5.E. Discussion and action to accept or reject any re-sale bid(s) on trustee property, to-wit:  “Lot 37, Block 2, Elm Lake Addition, Asherton, Dimmit County, Texas”, tax office account number 10613. (Tax suit 11-09 02508-DTX, Dimmit County vs Esteban Padron).
