Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the consideration by the Board of the Superintendent’s evaluation and contract. (Discussion only; no action to be taken)

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including issues regarding the Superintendent’s evaluation and contract.  (Discussion only; no action to be taken)

3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION TO TAKE ACTION ON MATTERS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION
