8. Discussion and possible action by resolution of the Crockett County Consolidated Common School District to call for the recall of one of the CCCCSD’s appointed Directors on the Crockett County Appraisal District Board of Directors pursuant to Section 6.033(e) of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Discussion and possible action by resolution of Crockett County Consolidated Common School District to appoint a Director for the Crockett County Appraisal District Board of Directors as a result of the recall of one of the Crockett County Consolidated Common School District Directors to the Crockett County Appraisal District Board of Directors for the remainder of the 2021-2022 term pursuant to Section 6.033 of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Executive/Closed Session - Texas Government Code Chapter 551.074 Personnel Matters, 551.072 Real Property and Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, private consultation with and consideration of Attorneys’ advice regarding settlement offer for pending litigation regarding Ozona Elementary School, regarding authorization of Superintendent Chavarria, as an authorized representative of Crockett County Consolidated Common School District, to execute any and all subsequent release and settlement documents, as may be appropriate and necessary to finalize settlement, and regarding authorization of Pearson Legal, P.C., as litigation counsel of record for Crockett County Consolidated Common School District, to execute and file all motions and orders to dismiss or nonsuit pleadings, as may be appropriate and necessary to remove the pending litigation matter from the court’s docket.

18. Possible action from Executive/Closed session:
